What better way to ring in the new season than with beers and cheeses made just for the occasion. The Spring season rings in a whole new style of beers and cheese that can only be ready for that season. The beers tend to be lighter with more integrated malts and abundant hop aromas. They are session-able, quench your new found thirst due to the coming heat and put a smile on your face. If you like beer and cheese don't be the only one without a ticket to this class!
